Summer Veggie Stir-fry with Turkey Kielbasa

  2. In a large greased saute pan (use one with a lid) over medium low heat (my stove was level 4) combine the peppers, onion, zucchini, squash and garlic salt.
  3. Put the lid on.

  5. Allow vegetables to saute for 15 minutes or until they begin to soften, stirring every 4-5 minutes.

  7. Add the spices and continue to saute on medium to low heat for another 5 minutes stirring halfway through.
  8. 4.
  9. Stir in the sliced sausage and cook another 3 minutes until heated all the way through.
  10. 5.
  11. Serve over brown rice or pita bread with a sprinkle of feta cheese.
