Satay Meatloaf

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, being careful not to overmix.
  2. Place the mixture in a greased-lined loaf tin; pressing down gently.
  3. Cook at 180C for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Slice meatloaf and serve drizzled with pan juices.
