Harvest Pear Pork Chops
- 8 medium thick pork chops
- 13 cup flour
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 small pears or 3 large pears
- Preheat the oven to 425°F Spray 9x13 pan with olive oil.
- Cut up pears into section and set aside.
- No need to peel, but do remove the core.
- In a medium bowl mix: flour, brown sugar, black pepper, kosher salt, until well blended.
- Dip pork chops in flour mix, and place in pan.
- Add pears on top.
- Sprinkle remaining flour mixture on top for extra flavour, if desired.
- Bake covered at 425 for 40 min or until pork chops are done, depending on their thickness.
