Raspberry Chicken

  1. Coat chicken with flour and shake off the excess.
  2. Brown chicken in oil on both sides.
  3. Pour lemon juice over chicken.
  4. Combine jam, ginger, salt, and pepper; spread over chicken.
  5. Reduce heat.
