Bonefish Grill's Bang Bang Shrimp

  1. mix mayo with Thai sweet chili sauce, Thai style peanut sauce and sriracha for the sauce
  2. dip shrimp in egg, then in panko bread crumbs.
  3. Deep fry shrimp in 340F oil until light brown (around 2 mins)
  4. drain on paper towel.
  5. put on platter and top shrimp with sauce and chopped green onions
  6. enjoy!
