Sylvia's Cucumber Relish

  1. Put garlic through garlic press and vegetables through food chopper.
  2. Stir together and drain well.
  3. Sprinkle 1/3 cup pickling salt over them and let stand for 3 hours.
  4. Drain well.
  5. Mix ingredients for brine and bring to a boil.
  6. Pour over top vegetables.
  7. Heat again to boiling point.
  8. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
