Barbell Bunny's Breakfast Omelet
- 1 egg
- 14 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 14 banana, sliced
- 10 almonds
- 1 teaspoon habanero Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon peas
- Whisk egg with 1/2 tablespoon Greek yogurt.
- Season to taste.
- Add peas.
- Pour egg mixture into hot pan.
- When sides begin to firm, flip.
- Serve with remainder of Greek yogurt, sprinkled with almonds and sliced bananas.
