Barbell Bunny's Breakfast Omelet

  1. Whisk egg with 1/2 tablespoon Greek yogurt.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Add peas.
  4. Pour egg mixture into hot pan.
  5. When sides begin to firm, flip.
  6. Serve with remainder of Greek yogurt, sprinkled with almonds and sliced bananas.
