Peach-Glazed Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches
- 12 mini hamburger buns, split
- 12 cup peach preserves or 12 cup peach jam
- 12 cup coarse grain mustard
- 12 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 4 ounces muenster cheese, cut into 12 small slices
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Place buns on a large baking sheet.
- Spread preserves and mustard evenly over bottom half of bun.
- Arrange roast beef and cheese over mustard.
- Cover with top half; cover pan with foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
