Granola Crackers Recipe
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 1/4 c. unhulled sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, beat Large eggs lightly, then add in oil and honey, beating to combine.
- Stir wet mix into dry mix, blending thoroughly.
- Spread mix on a greased cookie sheet, 15 x 10 inches, pressing dough as thin as possible.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 min or possibly till golden brown.
- Cut immediately into 1 1/2 inch squares, then into triangles, while hot.
- Remove crackers from pan and cold on a rack.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Yield: 5 dozen.
