Hodgson Mill Meatloaf
- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 1 12 cups milk
- 34 cup hodgson mill unprocessed wheat bran
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cup breadcrumbs
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon sage
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 13 ketchup
- Mix all ingredients except mustard and ketchup,.
- Place in 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- Shape into loaf.
- Mix mustard and ketchup; spread evenly on top of loaf.
- Bake in 350*F oven 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours.
