Hodgson Mill Meatloaf

• 1 12 lbs ground beef
• 1 12 cups milk
• 34 cup hodgson mill unprocessed wheat bran
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 12 cup breadcrumbs
• 12 cup onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced or 12 teaspoon garlic powder
• 12 teaspoon sage
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 14 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon dry mustard
• 13 ketchup

1. Mix all ingredients except mustard and ketchup,.
2. Place in 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
3. Shape into loaf.
4. Mix mustard and ketchup; spread evenly on top of loaf.
5. Bake in 350*F oven 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours.
