Beef With Ravioli Recipe
- 1 pound stew meat, cut into 3/4 inch pcs
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas, rinsed under warm water to separate
- 1 (15 ounce.) can beef ravioli in sauce
- 1 tbsp. snipped parsley
- Shake meat in flour and salt and pepper.
- Brown in oil, then add in oregano, onion and garlic.
- Cook till tender, but not brown.
- Add in water and cook in crockpot on low for 8-10 hrs.
- Turn cooker to high and add in peas, ravioli and parsley.
- Cover and cook till heated through, about 30 min longer.
- Makes 4 servings.
