Ravioli Lasagna (W/ Vegan Alt.)

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a bowl, mix together ricotta, parmesan, egg, and 8 oz.
  3. of mozzarella; set aside.
  4. Grease 13x9 inch and spoon a thin layer of sauce on bottom.
  5. Arrange frozen raviolis in a single layer.
  6. Top with half the ricotta mixture.
  7. Cover with another layer of sauce, raviolis and ricotta mixture.
  8. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  9. Cover casserole with aluminum and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Take off aluminum and allow to cook an additional 15 minutes.
