Ravioli Lasagna (W/ Vegan Alt.)
- 30 ounces frozen cheese ravioli, unthawed
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 16 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 26 ounces pasta sauce
- vegetables (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a bowl, mix together ricotta, parmesan, egg, and 8 oz.
- of mozzarella; set aside.
- Grease 13x9 inch and spoon a thin layer of sauce on bottom.
- Arrange frozen raviolis in a single layer.
- Top with half the ricotta mixture.
- Cover with another layer of sauce, raviolis and ricotta mixture.
- Top with remaining mozzarella.
- Cover casserole with aluminum and bake for 30 minutes.
- Take off aluminum and allow to cook an additional 15 minutes.
