Overnight Butterscotch Rolls
- 1 pkg. frozen dinner rolls
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- Use Bundt pan.
- Plunk frozen rolls in pan the night before. Sprinkle rolls with pudding and cinnamon.
- Melt margarine and stir in sugar and nuts.
- Dribble over rolls.
- Cover frozen rolls with foil.
- Leave out on kitchen counter overnight.
- (By morning the rolls should fill the pan!)
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- (Remove foil for last 10 minutes of baking.)
- Cool a few minutes and turn out on serving dish.
- This is a wonderful breakfast to serve when you have overnight guests.
- It is quick, easy, delicious and impossible to mess up.
