Surfin' Tuna Casserole

  1. Beat eggs and milk large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Stir in stuffing mix, 1 cup of the cheese, the peas, tuna, soup, onions and pimiento until well blended.
  3. Spoon into greased 9-inch microwaveable pie plate.
  4. Cover loosely with sheet of wax paper.
  5. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes.
  6. Stir thoroughly to completely mix center and outside edge; smooth top.
  7. Cover.
  8. Microwave an additional 5 minutes or until center is no longer wet.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese; cover.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes.
