Surfin' Tuna Casserole
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses, divided
- 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained, flaked
- 1/2 cup low sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup green onion slices
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- Beat eggs and milk large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Stir in stuffing mix, 1 cup of the cheese, the peas, tuna, soup, onions and pimiento until well blended.
- Spoon into greased 9-inch microwaveable pie plate.
- Cover loosely with sheet of wax paper.
- Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes.
- Stir thoroughly to completely mix center and outside edge; smooth top.
- Cover.
- Microwave an additional 5 minutes or until center is no longer wet.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese; cover.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
