Sticky Maple Pudding

• 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
• 1-1/2 tsp. each ground cinnamon and ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp. each ground cloves and ground nutmeg
• 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Butterscotch Instant Pudding
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1-1/2 cups water
• 1 cup cold milk
• 1 cup maple syrup
• 1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix dry cake mix and spices, then use to prepare cake batter as directed on package; pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Beat next 5 ingredients with whisk 2 min.
4. ; pour over cake batter.
5. Place baking dish in 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan.
6. Bake 55 min.
7. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
8. Cool slightly.
9. Serve topped with Cool Whip.
