Umami Steakhouse Burgers

  1. A.1.
  2. Sour Cream: Mix ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Caramelized Onions & Mushrooms: Heat oil in skillet on medium-low heat; add onions and mushrooms.
  5. Cook until onions are caramelized, stirring occasionally.
  6. Deglaze pan with vinegar and jelly; set aside.
  7. For each serving: Brush each tomato slice with 1/8 tsp.
  8. oil.
  9. Broil until lightly charred, then finely chop.
  10. Grill 1 burger patty to desired doneness.
  11. Fill 1 roll with 1 cooked burger, 1 cheese slice, 1 Tbsp.
