Fried Rice

  1. Saute sausage in a non-stick wok until done (about 5 minutes).
  2. Remove sausage when done and set aside.
  3. Remove most of the fat from the pan.
  4. Add celery, bell pepper, onion, jalapeno and Cajun seasoning.
  5. Cook until onions are translucent (about 5 minutes.)
  6. Add in vegetable broth; then add the reserved sausage and ham.
  7. Keep at a low simmer for about 10 minutes.
  8. Add cooked rice.
  9. Garnish with green onions.
