Orange Glazed Raisin Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Spray 12 medium muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray or line with paper baking cups.
  3. Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add combined milk, oil, egg and grated orange peel; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  5. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.
  6. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
  7. Remove to wire rack.
  8. In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar and orange juice.
  9. Drizzle over slightly cooled muffins.
  10. Makes 12 muffins.
