Java-Soy Glazed Pork Chops
- 1-1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 cups brewed double-strength GEVALIA Kaffe, Columbia Blend
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 24 each pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
- Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in large saucepan.
- Add coffee, soy sauce and vinegar; mix well.
- Cook on medium heat 5 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
- Grill chops over medium-high heat 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the glaze during the last few minutes of the grilling time.
