Blueberry French Toast Bake

  1. In bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Cut bread into 1/2 inch slices and spread on bottom of 8x8-inch baking dish or equivalent.
  3. Pour egg mixture over bread.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning, preheat oven to 350F.
  6. Uncover and sprinkle with blueberries.
  7. Bake 35-40 minutes, until golden brown on top and eggs have cooked through.
  8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm with syrup and fruit!
