Saucy Shrimp a la Diabla

  1. Blend first 3 ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  3. oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and onions; cook 5 min.
  5. or until tender.
  6. Remove from skillet.
  7. Heat remaining oil in skillet on medium-high heat.
  8. Add shrimp, in 2 batches; cook and stir 3 min.
  9. or until pink.
  10. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  11. Return garlic, onions and shrimp to skillet; stir in sauce mixture.
  12. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 3 min.
  13. or until heated through.
  14. Spoon over rice; serve topped with onions and sour cream.
