Pineapple Stuffed Acorn Squash Recipe

  1. Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine next 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Spoon pineapple mix into each half of squash.
  6. Arrange in 13x9 baking dish, pour water into dish.
  7. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 50 min.
  8. Uncover and bake 10 min.
