Ultra Easy Panfried Cod with Mayonnaise
- 1 filet Cod
- 1 Krazy Salt (seasoned salt mix) or plain salt
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp White wine or sake
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Melting cheese (optional)
- 1 Panko
- 1 dash Rosemary (optional)
- 1 dash Parsley (optional)
- Sprinkle the cod with white wine and leave for a while.
- Pat it dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Line a baking sheet with kitchen parchment paper and place the cod on it.
- Spread the cod with mayonnaise.
- Top with cheese.
- Sprinkle with panko, rosemary and parsley.
- Bake the fish in a 250C oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
- I recommend baking some cherry tomatoes along with the fish.
