Ultra Easy Panfried Cod with Mayonnaise

  1. Sprinkle the cod with white wine and leave for a while.
  2. Pat it dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Line a baking sheet with kitchen parchment paper and place the cod on it.
  4. Spread the cod with mayonnaise.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with panko, rosemary and parsley.
  7. Bake the fish in a 250C oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. I recommend baking some cherry tomatoes along with the fish.
