Grilled Veggie Wrap

  1. Melt butter on medium heat and add garlic, broccoli, and baby carrots.
  2. Cook for two and a half minutes.
  3. Add chickpeas to the pan.
  4. Add garlic powder, Krazy mixed-up salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook about 5-8 minutes.
  6. Add lettuce and bragg's liquid aminos to the pan and cook until lettuce in wilted and all other vegetables have cooked through.
  7. Lay out your large tortilla out and and desired amount of chopped onion.
  8. Load up with the cooked veggie mixture then sprinkle desired amount of 3 cheese blend on top.
  9. Roll up your wrap and enjoy!!
