Feel Better Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. Saute carrots, celery, and onion with the butter and olive oil in a large stock pot till onion is translucent.
  2. Add chicken and saute until golden brown.
  3. Add chicken stock and spices.
  4. Simmer on low for about 1 hour.
  5. Add egg noodles and cook until noodles are done.
