Chicken & Veggie Burgers with Curry Sauce & Cucumber Slaw

  1. Chicken Burgers: Combine all ingredients except buns and lettuce.
  2. Shape into 24 (4-inch) patties (or into 4 patties for trial recipe) using 5-1/4 oz.
  3. (147 g) chicken mixture for each patty.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Cucumber Slaw: Combine ingredients.
  6. Curry Sauce: Mix ingredients until well blended.
  7. For each serving: Cook 1 burger in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 to 5 min.
  8. on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
  9. Fill 1 bun with 1/4 cup (60 mL) lettuce mix, 1 Chicken Burger, 1 Tbsp.
  10. (15 mL) Curry Sauce and 1/4 cup (60 mL) Cucumber Slaw.
