Stuffed French Toast for Two

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 tsp.
  2. cinnamon until blended; spread onto 2 bread slices.
  3. Cover with remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla and remaining cinnamon in pie plate until blended.
  5. Dip sandwiches, 1 at a time, in egg mixture, turning to evenly moisten both sides of each.
  6. Cook in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
  7. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Serve with syrup.
