Veal Cutlet Parmigiana Recipe

  1. Add in salt, pepper and cheese to Large eggs and beat.
  2. Dip cutlets in egg crumbs.
  3. Saute/fry cutlets in warm oil till brown on both sides.
  4. Place cutlets in baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.
  5. Place slices of mozzarella cheese on each cutlet and bake for 15 min in 350 degree oven.
