Cheesy Garlic Chicken and Shells
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 pkg. (350 g) Kraft Deluxe Velveeta on Shells Pasta & Sauce
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- Sprinkle both sides of chicken breasts with garlic powder.
- Heat oil in non-stick skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; cook 1 to 2 min.
- on each side or until browned on both sides.
- Remove from pan; set aside.
- Add water to pan; bring to boil.
- Stir in Pasta; top with chicken.
- Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 12 min.
- or until pasta is tender and chicken is done (165 degrees F).
- Remove chicken to plate; cover to keep warm.
- Stir in tomatoes and Cheese Sauce; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with chicken.
