Hot & Sour Soup

  1. Heat up some cooking oil in a big pot, add ginger and carrot in and stir fry for 2 mins.
  2. In with chicken and boiling water.
  3. Add soya sauce and chilli powder, sesame oil.
  4. Add egg and mushroom into the pot.
  5. Add vinegar to taste.
  6. Add chilies if needed.
  7. Scoop the chicken out of the soup and rinse it with cold water.
  8. Shred the chicken and put it back in the pot
  9. Serve hot
