Hot & Sour Soup
- 3 inches Ginger (thinly shredded)
- 2 Carrot (shredded)
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1 bunch Coriander
- 1 bunch Shitake Mushroom (thinly shredded)
- 2 egg (beaten)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 liter boiling water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 vinegar
- 1 soya sauce
- 1 red chili (optional)
- Heat up some cooking oil in a big pot, add ginger and carrot in and stir fry for 2 mins.
- In with chicken and boiling water.
- Add soya sauce and chilli powder, sesame oil.
- Add egg and mushroom into the pot.
- Add vinegar to taste.
- Add chilies if needed.
- Scoop the chicken out of the soup and rinse it with cold water.
- Shred the chicken and put it back in the pot
- Serve hot
