Macrobiotic Daikon Mochi Recipe

  1. Grate the daikon.
  2. If it is very watery, then reduce the amount used.
  3. Add the flour and salt to the grated daikon and mix together.
  4. Adjust the flour until the mixture becomes firm.
  5. Roll mixture into small balls.
  6. Mix equal amounts of sesame oil and canola oil in a frying pan and saute on low heat.
  7. Each side will take about 5 minutes.
  8. Once they are a nice golden brown, they are done!
