Karen's Salmon Rub

  1. Saute first 3 seeds about 3 minutes or until fragrant.
  2. Add pepper and cool.
  3. Grind in food processor or blender, add brown sugar.
  4. Rub on salmon, cover with plastic wrap and return to fridge at least 15 minutes.
  5. Grill.
  6. Enjoy!
