Bobbi's Easy Stuffed Mannicoti - Stuffed Mannicoti

  1. Brown and drain sausage
  2. Add spagetti sauce and 1 cup (225 ml) of water.
  3. Mix well
  4. Heat to boil, then reduse heat to simmer and cover
  5. Mix ricotta, 2c.
  6. mozzarella, parmesan cheese
  7. Add egg to cheese mixture
  8. Add spices to cheese mixture
  9. Fill uncooked manicotti with cheese mixture
  10. Put small amount of sause and sausage mixture in bottem of 13 inch x 9 inch pan
  11. Place filled manicotti in pan on top of sause.
  12. Pour remaining sauce over manicotti
  13. Top with remaining 1 cup (225 ml) of mozzarella cheese
  14. Top with foil
  15. Bake 350 degrees (175 C.) for 1 hour and 15 minutes
  16. Take off foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking
  17. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving
