Beef gravy with peas and garlic

  1. Put the water oil and salt in a pot to boil
  2. Brown the beef.
  3. Take the whole garlic cloves fry stirring occasionally so not to burn but to brown.
  4. Add the garlic cloves to browned beef dont drain the beef.
  5. Take oil, that the garlic was fried in and add stick of margarine onions and minced olives.
  6. Stirfry till tender.
  7. Add to beef.
  8. Boil your pasta
  9. Add flour, cornstarch to the beef stir in well.
  10. Let cook till its all incorporated into the beef.
  11. Add stock and stirring constantly but gently.
  12. Make sure nothing sticks to bottom of pot.
  13. Let thicken keep stirring, when thickened add peas.
  14. Drain pasta.
  15. when done add margarine and parsley to pot that pasta was in.
  16. stir mixing.
  17. add back the pasta, and mix well.
  18. Dip some pasta on the plate add gravy mixture over the top, hope you enjoy.
  19. Also goes good with potatoes or rice.
