Meat And Meat Dishes Recipe

• 1 pound grnd beef
• 1/3 c. green pepper, minced
• 3/4 c. water
• 6 ounce. can tomato paste
• 1 1/2 ounce. pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
• 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
• 1 deep dish pie crust shell

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Brown beef in large skillet; drain.
3. Add in green pepper and cook 2 min.
4. Stir in water, tomato paste, and spaghetti mix.
5. Cover and simmer 10 min.
6. Sprinkle 1/2 of Parmesan cheese over bottom of frzn pie shell.
7. Spread half meat mix in pie shell.
8. Sprinkle 1 c. of the Mozzarella cheese over meat.
9. Layer remaining meat and Parmesan cheese.
10. Bake on cookie sheet 15 min.
11. Sprinkle top with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
12. Return to oven till cheese melts.
13. Serves 6.
