Moist Banana Cake

• 120 grams Pancake mix
• 1 If you want to reduce costs, use homemade pancake mix
• 1 Egg
• 50 grams Butter
• 50 grams Sugar
• 4 tbsp Milk
• 2 Banana

1. Mash 1.5 bananas with a fork.
2. Slice the rest into rounds.
3. Soften the butter for 25 seconds in the microwave (at 600 W).
4. Put all the ingredients except the banana slices in a bowl and mix it until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into a mould and top with banana slices.
6. Bake for 25 minutes in a 180C oven and it's done!
