Fish And Vegetable Soup

  1. With oil pan fried ginger slice and pollock fish fillet or any boneless fish fillet both side (season with salt and black pepper or (*** LG's Szechuan Peppercorn Salt ) then coat with cornstarch
  2. Add choi sum or green vegetable of your choice and ( add Campbells Condensed beef soup with water) and bring it to a simmer then season with salt and light soy sauce then cover for 3 minutes
  3. Serve immediately
