Hoisin Meatballs

  1. Combine jelly, hoisin, and ketchup.
  2. Reduce by 1/4.
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Form small meat balls.
  6. Roast at 350 for approximately 20-25 minutes or until thermometer reaches 155
  7. Variations; parsley, thyme, sesame oil, soy sauce, rosemary
