  4. Add in cabbage in four batches, mixing thoroughly after each.
  5. Stir in orange juice.

  7. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring often, till cabbage is wilted, about 15 min.
  8. Stir in vinegar and sugar.
  9. Cook, stirring often, till very tender, about 15 min.
  10. Adjust seasoning.
