Watergate Angel Lush

  1. Mix pudding mix and pineapple in large bowl.
  2. Add marshmallows and nuts; mix well.
  3. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP.
  4. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.
  5. Place bottom cake layer on serving plate; top with 1-1/2 cups pudding mixture.
  6. Cover with middle cake layer and remaining pudding mixture.
  7. Top with remaining cake layer.
  8. Frost side and top of cake with remaining COOL WHIP.
  9. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  10. Sprinkle with coconut just before serving.
