Chocolate-Mint Red Velvet Striped Delight

  1. Mix cookie crumbs, butter and food coloring until blended; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish.
  2. Refrigerate 10 min.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 Tbsp.
  4. milk in medium bowl with whisk until blended.
  5. Stir in half the crushed candy, then 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
  6. Whisk pudding mixes, remaining milk and peppermint extract in large bowl 2 min.
  7. ; pour over cream cheese layer.
  8. Let stand 5 min.
  9. or until thickened.
  10. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  12. Sprinkle with remaining crushed candy just before serving.
