Round Steak Royale Recipe

  1. Coat steak with flour seasoned with salt and pepper; brown over low heat in 1/4 c. French dressing.
  2. Add in onion slices, mushrooms, 3/4 c. water and 1/4 c. additional French dressing.
  3. Cover and simmer 40 min.
  4. Uncover, simmer 10 min.
  5. Stir in 1 c. lowfat sour cream.
  6. Serve over warm, cooked noodles.
