Banana Cream
- 3 ounces apricots, dried no soak
- 2 each bananas ripe
- 10 ounces yogurt, low-fat
- Chop up the apricots and divide between four bowls.
- Puree the bananas with the yogurt in a blender.
- Divide the yogurt mixture between the bowls.
