Avocado Hummus

  1. In a food processor, blend together all ingredients (except cilantro) until smooth.
  2. Taste, and adjust seasonings according to your preference.
  3. Stir in the fresh cilantro.
  4. Spoon into a bowl and serve, topping with a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
