Avocado Hummus
- 1 can (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Chickpeas, Drained And Rinsed
- 2 Medium Avocados
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
- 18 teaspoons Garlic Poweder
- 18 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Cilantro
- In a food processor, blend together all ingredients (except cilantro) until smooth.
- Taste, and adjust seasonings according to your preference.
- Stir in the fresh cilantro.
- Spoon into a bowl and serve, topping with a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
