Macaroni Crabmeat Salad Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. shell macaroni
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can crabmeat, liquid removed and flaked
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 hard-cooked Large eggs, finely minced
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Cook macaroni, drain and cold.
- Add in remaining ingredients, stirring gently.
- Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
- Sprinkle with paprika, just before serving.
- Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
