Shepherd's Pie with BOCA
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 qt. onions, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup garlic cloves, minced
- 3 qt. canned tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup GRAVY MASTER Seasoning and Browning Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 2-1/4 gal. Frozen BOCA Ground Burger, separated
- 1 gal. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1-1/4 gal. prepared mashed potatoes Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add onion and garlic; saute 3 to 4 minutes or until onion is crisp-tender.
- Add tomato sauce, Gravy Master and rosemary; mix well.
- Add crumbles and mixed vegetables; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into 3 full hotel pans (or 1 half hotel pan for trial recipe).
- Top with spoonfuls of potatoes.
- Bake at 350F for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
