Crab Buns

• 16 oz (448 grm). grated cheddar cheese
• 6 oz (168 grm). imitation crab, crumbled
• garlic powder to taste
• chopped green onion, optional
• mayonnaise to moisten
• 6 english muffins

1. Combine all ingredients except muffins.
2. Spread on muffins.
3. Place under broiler till cheese is melted and slightly browned.
