Smoked Salmon and Capers over Linguini

  1. Boil salted water and cook noodles to taste.
  2. Drain and cover, set aside.
  3. Heat large saute pan.
  4. Add olive oil, capers, peppers, cherry tomatoes, and cook until tender, not soft and should still be bright in color.
  5. Add salmon and heat through.
  6. Add pasta to pan and warm through.
  7. Serve in large bowl and top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
