CALAMARI
- 6 ounces squid, tubes and tentacles
- 1 egg, beaten
- cornstarch
- oil
- 1 cup seafood cocktail sauce
- 1 12 teaspoons wasabi powder
- In a mixing bowl add Squid tubes and Tentacles and beaten egg and mix well.
- Place into the cornstarch and into a deep fryer for 2 minutes.
- Remove and drain.
- In a mixing bowl mix the Cocktail sauce and Wasabi powder together and serve.
