Bisquick Blueberry Muffins Recipe
- 1 x Egg
- 2 c. Baking mix, (Bisquick)
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Oil, vegetable
- 3/4 c. Blueberries, fresh or possibly frzn
- 1 x (thawed and liquid removed)
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin c. or possibly line with paper baking c..
- Beat Large eggs slightly in medium bowl; stir in remaining ingredients except blueberries just till moistened.
- Fold blueberries into batter.
- Divide batter proportionately among c.. Bake 15-18 min or possibly till golden.
